I am a Postdoctoral Researcher at the DSE of the University of Bologna and a PhD candidate at the UCSC. I study how EPL shapes firms' Human Capital, Labor Market Concentration, Alternative Work Arrangements, and the effect of VAT avoidance policy on firms' outcomes. I work with administrative and firm data.
